🔹 Don’t you want to change your life from boredom,speedy anxious to calm quiet enjoyable and purposeful?. Don’t you want a morning noon or evening with oh!!what is happening??to wow!! what a lovely day?? How many of us feel the moments that passing day by day week by week or years by years??

🔹 We all know God created enormous things in front of us.It may be tiny sand pieces or green grasses or beautiful flowers or a gentle breeze or aromas of different type even in the most dangerous places God created the beauty by his own way. Then why we can’t enjoy these beauty, why we can’t find out the beauty in each moment why it is always missing for us for years and years?

🔹 From where we can find out the beauty of life? You don’t wander anywhere it is you,only you the one who can change the pictures in front of you.

🔹 Everyone wants health, happiness, peace, money and security.Recently in a book I read a University professor admitting “I know that if i change my mental patterns and it redirect my emotional pattern, life will improve. I know it but I don’t know how to do it my mind is always swinging like a hammock from past to future”.

🔹 Here the problem has many reasons it has many sides.. Someone wants a healing,some may want a focus,some want to let the things go,move forward, increase the confidence, increase the self-worth, patience, enjoy the blessings, practice of gratitude,move with faith not with fear etc infinite numbers of causes.

🔹 But just remember everyone makes mistakes but they are the stepping stones to move to success. They are the directing boards to the perfect destiny. We know the famous saying “life is a journey it is not a destiny” like a simple destiny it also want direction, speed and motivation. If we move to a wrong direction no need of worry you can find out something to study something to change in that way.No need of over speed because life is also a Mountaineering nobody check your speed in hiking.lt is the experiences that give us courage and confidence and enjoy the life because life is beautiful.

🔹 Next we can check how to move to the fulfillment of mind known mindfulness . You know mind is the connection between the sense organs and the brain. The mind has different aspects like intelligence, emotions, feelings, thinking etc. It is wandering throughout these senses. Senses we know the eyes, ears,nose,tongue and touch. This sensory organs are the connection of our brain to the external world. With the presence of mind only the sensory organs can work properly and pass the senses to the brain. So after the sensory perception with mind brain can detect what is happening to us and give the knowledge about what is now. The only one thing we can do for mindfulness is you listen,you see, you feel.. The taste.. The touch…the smell that pleasing the nose .. Yes you get in touch with the sense organs and the environment around you. You will get the present moment. Sure so many things annoy you at first,but no need of hurry no need of corrections. Involve in it and practice continuously Slowly you will feel,you also become the part of it or what the things disturbing not at all disturbing much by focusing on it continuously.

🔹 Never expect miraculous change, you practice… you think and analyse..you caught the thoughts, caught the speaker inside you,caught the wanderer inside you.

🔹 step by step to the happiness of mindfulness

  1. Breath
  2. Focus
  3. close your eyes and focus to the external world
  4. then feel the sounds, temperature differences, any different taste in mouth etc. all things surrounding you.
  5. next feel your body from top to toe, by slightly relaxing the full body.
  6. Involve in that moment, if you are disturbing by thoughts no need of worry,call your thoughts,concentrate in your breath,concentrate with what ever you want to think may be persons you loved most, beautiful sceneries, your achievements, future goals etc anything pleasant.
  • you can also concentrate anything you want to heal,to achieve, to do, or you can simply sit and enjoy the beautiful incidents in your life, you can create an imaginary world which you are dreaming about, what the ambitions about your future.
  • One of the most important thing is for future..expect the good things with faith because nobody knows what future holds for us.So imagine whatever things you want to do to get to enjoy and relax in it.
  • As i said earlier it never happens at a single step or a single day. It need practice no need of time actually for it because it is just a breathing process. Breathing is the one and only thing we have no need of a particular time to ..it is moving with time unconsciously.So as we can also move with time,enjoy the life, enjoy the ride of Life journey.
